Cass Community Health Foundation Scholarship Renewal Application

Scholarships will be presented to the students that best exemplify the following characteristics:

  • Abiding interest in the welfare of others
  • Inspires others to be their very best
  • Has served as a role model for others
  • Personal integrity
  • Involvement and commitment to the community

Please note that you must submit all information at the same time. You will not be able to start your application and come back to it at a later time.

Applicants must be graduates of Belton High School, Grandview High School or Raymore-Peculiar High School and have previously received a scholarship from Cass Community Health Foundation. Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Only applicants pursuing nursing may reapply for a scholarship. Selection is primarily based on the essay component of the application. The essay must include applicants name.

Scholarship applications must be submitted by March 1. Awards will be made by April 20.

  • Why do you believe you should be selected to receive a renewal scholarship?
