BELTON, Mo., (May, 4, 2026) – Cass Community Health Foundation’s 32nd Annual 5K for Health raised more than $102,000 for their safety net dental clinic, Cass County Dental Clinic. The 5K was on Saturday, May 2 at Southwick Stadium in Belton, Missouri, with 396 registered participants. Cass County Dental Clinic treats families insured by Missouri Medicaid who lack access to dental care at its locations in Belton and Harrisonville, Missouri.
“Thanks to the supportive community in Cass County, we opened a brand-new, state-of-the art dental clinic in Belton last year that has allowed us to expand access to dental care. The opening of our new clinic marked an exciting new chapter, but the need for affordable dental care in our community continues,” Cynthia Randazzo, Cass Community Health Foundation president said. “Events like the 5K for Health are critical. They allow us to sustain and expand services, so no family has to go without dental care.”
