Cass Community Health Foundation will visit schools in Archie, Belton, Cleveland, Drexel, East Lynne, Grandview, Harrisonville, Martin City, Pleasant Hill, and Strasburg this fall.
Three respected Cass County community leaders, Dan Astleford, Jake Larkey, and Dr. Shera Sims, have joined the Cass Community Health Foundation Board of Directors, bringing diverse experience and a shared commitment to improved health in the community.
The grant will support the foundation’s safety-net dental clinic, Cass County Dental Clinic, and help ensure children and families continue to receive essential oral health services regardless of access to dental care.
Cass Community Health Foundation provided free dental screenings to 7,234 students in Cass County and surrounding area schools during the 2025-2026 academic year.
